Jason A. Ennis
Attorney
Jason joined Koons Real Estate Law in November 2023 after years of practice as a commercial real estate attorney responsible for a wide variety of matters. His work has included representing clients in acquisitions and dispositions, landlords and tenants in office and retail leases, owners in design and construction matters, providing day-to-day strategic and legal counsel regarding interactions with governmental regulators, and even at one point representing an owner in the construction, purchase, and operation of two commuter ferries. Prior to his legal career, Jason was a financial analyst for an insurance consulting firm.
In addition to his professional life, Jason has served as a Commissioner on the Town of Addison Planning & Zoning Commission and as Treasurer on city council campaigns.
