Allison joined Koons Real Estate Law in June 2018. Allison began her legal career as an Associate in the Real Estate Section of the Dallas-based law firm Hughes & Luce LLP (acquired in 2008 by K&L Gates). In addition to extensive private practice experience as a commercial real estate attorney, Allison’s background includes title underwriting experience as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Hexter-Fair Title Company (acquired in 2011 by First American Title Insurance Co.), and in-house transactional experience as Senior Counsel for Windstream Corporation (formerly NASDAQ: WIN, a Fortune 500 Company, now privately held).

Allison assists developers, investors, buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in all aspects of real estate transactions. She has particular expertise in office, retail, and industrial leasing and development finance. Allison strives to bring value to her clients by leveraging her 20+ years of practice experience to provide excellent big-firm level legal representation with a reasonable and efficient approach to keep legal costs down and provide the best result.
